Core Values
Care and Compassion
We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone's perspectives and experiences are respected and valued. By acknowledging the validity of a client’s feelings and experiences, we can foster an environment of empathy and understanding. We aim to cultivate a culture of compassion and acceptance, where everyone feels empowered to express themselves authentically. We believe in genuine care that can be felt and experienced throughout the therapeutic process.
Diversity & Inclusion
We respect and recognize the unique circumstances that clients in marginalized communities face on a regular basis. Our team of therapists strive towards cultural literacy and humility to ensure that our clients have access to culturally sensitive care. We appreciate, validate, and value all people, especially those that our field has historically underserved, such as individuals in the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. We’re committed to cultivating an inclusive space of appreciation, awareness, and respect for all forms of diversity.
Integrity
We strongly uphold moral and ethical principles in our daily practice and in delivery of services. Our clients entrust their wellness to our professional care and expect to be treated, and to receive treatment, in a manner that honors professional and ethical codes and standards. Integrity in clinical practice builds trust, promotes authenticity and consistency, prioritizes client welfare, and ensures the upholding of ethical practice. These factors collectively contribute to a positive therapeutic experience and effective client outcomes.

Healthy Boundaries
Boundaries create a safe and predictable environment for both the therapist and the client.
Boundaries in therapy are crucial for creating a therapeutic environment that promotes trust, safety, and effective communication.
They uphold ethical standards, clarify roles, and support the therapeutic process by maintaining a professional and supportive relationship between therapist and client.
This is what we call
Healthy Boundaries!
