Services Provided
Collaborative care for individuals, couples, and families.
At Chase Wellness, PLLC, we provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families seeking meaningful support, healing, and growth. Whether you’re navigating internal challenges or relationship concerns, our work is rooted in the belief that therapy is a collaborative process. We are committed to offering a safe, affirming space where you can explore, reflect, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
Individual Therapy
One-on-one support tailored to you
Individual therapy provides a confidential, supportive setting to work one-on-one with a licensed clinician. This space is yours — to process, explore, and better understand your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Our therapists offer trauma-sensitive, relationship-focused care. We respect and integrate your identities, cultural background, and lived experiences into the therapeutic process, and together, we’ll shape a treatment approach that aligns with your needs and goals.

Couples Therapy
Helping you reconnect, repair, and grow together
Couples therapy supports partners in improving communication, deepening emotional connection, and navigating challenges — at any stage in the relationship. Whether you’re experiencing recurring conflict, disconnection, difficulty with intimacy, or the impact of external stressors, therapy can help you work through patterns that feel stuck. Our clinicians provide a nonjudgmental space to examine relationship dynamics and strengthen your ability to understand and support each other more fully.
Cost of Services
Insurance & Payment Options
We are committed to being transparent about costs and helping you access care that works for your financial situation.
In-Network Insurance
Our therapists are paneled with various insurance providers, including:
- BCBS PPO
- Aetna PPO
- United Healthcare (UHC)
- Cigna
Before scheduling your first appointment, let us know if you have a preferred insurance provider so we can connect you with a clinician who is in-network. We can help verify your benefits and provide a detailed estimate before services begin. Please note: insurance plans may require a mental health diagnosis to reimburse for sessions. If you have concerns about receiving a formal diagnosis, let us know — we’re happy to talk through your options.
Out-of-Network Insurance
If your provider is not in-network, you may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. We can supply you with the appropriate documentation (a “superbill”) to submit for reimbursement. Please reach out to your insurance company directly to understand your specific out-of-network coverage.
Sliding Scale Services
We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. Availability and rates vary by clinician. Please speak with your therapist directly to inquire about this option.
Session Fees (Self-Pay)
Initial Intake Appointment: $225
60-Minute Individual or Couples Session: $200
Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, and therapy services may be paid using HSA or FSA accounts. Clients are required to keep a credit card on file, which may be used as a primary or secondary payment method.
We encourage you to review our Good Faith Estimate for a detailed explanation of potential costs if you are paying privately without using insurance.
